Instruments, Inc, San Diego, CA for spare components used for fleet support of Doppler Sonars. This procurement is unsuitable for full and open competition as the components are an integral part of an existing Doppler Sonar that was previously procurred under CSS contract N61331-99-C-0051 and must be compatable with the existing sonar systems currently being used on Navy ships. Sole Source procurement of this equipment assures configuration and compatibility and performance.
