has a requirement for JAVA programming language computer training. SEC
requires that prospective contractors must have knowledge of Object
Oriented Programming as as it relates to JAVA technology. In addition,
any courses procured must teach the students the syntax of the JAVA
programming language; object oriented programming with the JAVA
programming language; how to create graphical user interfaces (GUI),
exceptions file input/output (I/O) threads and networking. Students
need to be provided with hands on approach to developing data base
applications using JAVA technology. Students must learn to use JDBC
application progrmaming interface (API) releases 1.0 and 2.0 and how to
