Work includes, but is not limited to removing oil/water separators, installing water recycling systems and filling trench and floor drains in and around Buildings 991 and 992. No asbestos involved per the nature of the project. Contaminated soil encountered during this project will be removed/remediated. All work will provide a complete and usable facility in accordance with the Statement of Work for Project VNVP 951072E2, Install Water Recycle System, Phase I. This solicitation is being issued for full and open competition under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and has a Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code of 1623, size standard $17M. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period is 90 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation will be available on or about 30 May 2000. Proposals will be due on 14 June 2000. A sitevisit is scheduled for 9:30 a.m., 23 May 2000.
