Stewart (202) 307-3070 The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking concerns having the ability to provide residential Comprehensive Sanctions Center Services for male and female offenders in the Central North Dakota area. The area is defined as the following counties: Burleigh, Kidder, Logan, McIntosh, Emmons, Grant, Sioux, Morton, Oliver, Mercer, Mclean, Sheridan, and Wells. Residential services include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, including subsistence. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work entitled, "Comprehensive Sanction Center", dated January 2000. A requirements contract is anticipated. The estimated number of inmate days are 10,220 for the two-year base period and 5,110 for each of the three one-year option periods (86% male and 14% female). The estimated RFP issue date is July 9, 2000 and the estimated closing date is September 7, 2000. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency.
