This is a corrected synopsis for F33600-00-R-0064. The Air Force intends to solicit proposals and award a contract that will provide SENIOR SAFETY AND SYSTEM SAFETY MANAGEMENT courses to Air Force students. The SENIOR SAFETY CLASS shall provide advanced safety techniques to allow innovative concepts and strategic planning to allow Environment, Safety and Occupational Health parterning efforts with local civilian agencies. The course requires 70 hours of classroom/laboratory instruction. The SYSTEM SAFETY MANAGEMENT course shall provide students with knowledge to apply system safety techniques over a system life cycle with emphasis on command responsibilities. The course requires 60 hours of classroom/laboratory instruction. Classes to be conducted at Kirtland AFB, NM iaw schedules outlined in the solicitation. Proposed contract will be a base year and two one year option.
