The contractor shall provide Full Food Service at the United States Coast Guard Dining Facility, Integrated Support Command (ISC) Kodiak, AK, for three hundred and sixty-five (365) calendar days a year. Contractor must furnish all subsistence, supervision, mess attendants, cooks, etc., and other supplies and services as specified in the Performance Work Statement and contract terms and conditions. The solicitation is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside under SIC Code 5812. The services will be procured using procedures under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Offerors will be required to submit a price proposal and a technical proposal under separate cover. The contract will be for a one-year base period beginning 01 October 2000 through 30 September 2001. There will be four (4) one-year option periods; if all options are exercised the contract term will end 30 September 2005.
