The proposed acquisition will be unrestricted. This will be issued as a commercial solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12. The SIC Code is 4953, with a standard of $6 million. This will be a contract with a basic year plus four option years. The anticipated release date for the RFP is on or about 16 June 2000, with a closing date of 14 July 2000. The RFP will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System website at http://eps.gov. Zone maps will be provided on a CD, upon request. This CD has a program included, which will allow viewing on any PC with a CD ROM drive.
