The contractor shall provide Full Food Services at the United States Coast Guard, Integrated Support Command, Ketchikan, Alaska. The successful offeror shall provide all labor, management, supervision, personnel and other items as necessary in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and contract terms and conditions. The service will require the preparation of a comprehensive menu. Meals are served 3 times a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The Coast Guard will provide a complete dining facility, which shall be operated and maintained by the contractor. The contemplated contract will be firm fixed price. The periods of performance will include one base year starting 1 October 2000 through 30 September 2001 with four one-year options.
