Sources sought for information and planning purposes: Develop and present a course of instruction, to pilots of the Taiwan Air Force, on the differences between the F-16 Block 42 MANTIRN and the F-16 Block 20 Pathfinder/Sharpshooter. Objective of the course is to provide pilots a thorough knowledge of F-16 Block 42 MANTIRN to Block 20 Pathfinder/Sharpshooter Avionics/Software/ Operational differences. Guidance in the preparation of a Conversion Training program on those differences is also part of the requirement. The government will provide all technical data. Training will take place at a selected Air Force base in Arizona. The desired training dates for two (2) classes, of four pilots each, are 15 Feb 01 and 01 Mar 01. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous F-16 instructor pilot experience, experience flying F-16 MANTIRN, and experience preparing and presenting formal course(s) of instruction. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Excess of 1,000 flying hours in F-16 and other fighter aircraft, qualified in F-16 during preceding four (4) years, and previous F-16 Block 20 experience.
