Maynard, Contracting Officer (804) 675-5478; Fax(804) 675-5502 The VA Medical Center, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd., Richmond, VA 23249 is soliciting to establish a contract for Dental laboratory procedure support for Dental Service to include removable prosthetic procedures such as set-up of denture teeth, fabrications of occlusal rims, processing and finishing of removable prostheses, occlusal guards, occasional partial denture frameworks, and other prosthetic appliances needed to enhance quality care and expedite services. Procedures will be performed in accordance with American Dental Association standards and guidelines. Denture teeth will be supplied by the VA Dental Service and will not be charged in the price. High impact acrylic will be used and processed by the injection/cast method. Dentures returned for patient tryin will be cleaned, anatomically waxed and set according to the Dentist's prescription.
