This project is located at the Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Center, St. Paul, MN. The work includes funishing all labor, materials, transportation, supervision, tools, and other equipment for the replacing of the existing pneumatic control system with a new HONEYWELL EXCEL 5000 DIRECT DIGITAL CONTROL(DDC) SYSTEM and all incidental and related work. This project is based on 100% designed plans and specifications. -- Estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. -- This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted. -- The SIC Code is 1711; the size standard is $7.0 Million; the FSC is Z119. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced contract. -- The solicitationwill be formatted as a Request For Proposal(RFP) in accordance with the requirements designated by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15 for negotiated procurements utilizing Source Selection Procedures of FAR 15.3. The Government will award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforming to the solicitation will be the "Best Value" to the Government, price and technical factors considered equally.
