Work shall include demolition as required, upgrade of the exterior walls, whole replacement of kitchens and baths, replacement of all windows and doors to ensure weather tight units, repair of existing mechanical and plumbing systems, repair of existing electrical system, repair of concrete walkways, relocation of vegetation as needed, installation of new roof and associated attachments. The proposed solicitation is unrestricted under SIC 1521. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 with a size standard of $17 Million. This solicitation will be a competitive Request for Proposal using Past Performance-Price Trade Off evaluation procedures. This solicitation is open to all business concerns.
