This is a combined synopsis/request for quotation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only quotation; quotations are being requested and a written request for quotation will not be issued. The quotation number is DTCG40-00-Q-3FCF91. This synopsis/quotation constitutes an invitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16.
