The District of Columbia, Department of Health, Agency for HIV/AIDS through the Program Support Center, ADP Acquisitions Branch, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services intends to award a sole source acquisition to The Washington Free Clinic in Washington, DC. to provide HIV Counseling, Testing, Referral and Partner Notification Services. This acquisition is to extend these services until a competitive follow-on contract is awarded. The Government intends to solicit one source for these services in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Any interested concern may submit a capability statement that demonstrates an ability to respond to this requirement. All responsible sources shall be considered. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available; therefore, requests for such document will be considered an invalid response. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
