Evaluation criteria for contract award include: (1) demonstrated continuous experience of at least five (5) years in constructing buildings of similar size and complexity in remote Alaskan communities -- including site improvement and development; (2) references from clients relating to the projects identified for the above requirement (number 1); (3) project management team and organization; (4) proposed construction schedule for this project; (5) current workload and backlog; (6) safety program; (7) financial capability; and (8) price. and Price.
