NASA/SSC intends to issue a Request for Offer (RFO) for procurement of the Sitework associated with the Construction of a RBCC Test Stand at the Stennis Space Center, MS. The project consists of general site grading to include entrance road, foundation, and environmental containment pond. Also included are clearing and grubbing, excavation, and placement of select fill material. All work shall be in accordance with the contract specification and applicable drawings. The solicitation (RFO and Model Contract) will be released via the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS). The Specification and applicable Drawings will be provided to those firms requesting a copy. Requests must be in writing either by Internet E-mail to jerry.misch@ssc.nasa.gov or by facsimile to 228-688-1852. It is the responsibility of each offeror to monitor the NAIS for solicitation releases at URL: http://procurement.nasa.gov/eps/ssc/class.html. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The SIC code is 1629 and size standard is $17M. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
