Solicitation Notice: Contractor is to supply all materials, labor, equipment, items and devices necessary for repair of leaks on seventeen (17) buildings with an EPDM loose laid ballasted roofing system. Also included are removal and reinstallation of existing lightning protection and removal and reinstallation of existing razor ribbon. Specific work includes repairing/patching parapets, any defective rising wall areas, defective areas at skylites, all EPDM field seams and repair or replacement of faulty or missing metal roof flashing. The Contractor shall repair obvious cuts and punctures in the roofing field, at roof mounted mechanical equipment penetrations and roof drainage components. The Contractor shall be responsible for removing and reinstalling razor wire on Building #1 and any lightning protection components as required. The repairs will be completed at Federal Correctional Institution Schuylkill, located in Minersville, Pennsylvania. The performance period will be 120 calendar days. The project is unrestricted and open to all business types and sizes eligible to receive award. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
