Work orders will be issued when projects are identified. Term of contract is two years. Initial contract value is $250,000. Performance and Payment bonds are required. Quantity of work ordered will not be less than $10,000 nor more than $2,500,000. Postal Service reserves the option to increase the potential value of the contract in increments of $250,000 not to exceed $2,500,000 over the term of the contract. Additional Consent of Surety will be required for each increase. Offerors are required to submit a single MULTIPLIER to be applied to prices to determine value of each work order issued. The maximum amount of any single work order is $250,000. Work may include any of the items detailed in the Unit Price Schedule and/or Specifications and performed in any USPS-owned or leased postal facility in the State of New Mexico. Multiple contract awards will be. Awards will be made to the responsible offerors whose proposal offers best value and is in the best interestsof the Postal Service. Factors which will be considered in evaluating offers for award are past performance and references, years of experience with repair and alteration of buildings, number of years experience with site work associated with modular buildings, experience of management and superintendents, financial capability, safety program, and the multiplier.
