The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking potential sources capable of renovating Government Quarters 164 and 165 on the Crow Indian Reservation, Crow Agency, Montana. The project includes demolition and removal of selected portions of the Government quarters to accomodate remodeling. Earthwork; concrete work; steel pipe and tube handrailings and railing systems; rough and finish carpentry; removal and/or installation of building insulation, asphalt shingles, sheet metal flashing and trim, joint sealants, steel doors and frames, flush wood doors, stile and rail wood doors, wood windows, door hardware, gypsum board assemblies, sheet vinyl floor coverings, carpet, louvers and vents, toilet and bath accessories, kitchen casework, horizontal louver blinds, plumbing fixtures, fire alarm system, voice and data systems; electrical work and painting. The project shall be completed within 180 calendar days. The estimated price range for this proposed construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The anticipated issue date is June 27, 2000, with a tentative bid opening date of July 27, 2000.
