All incidental carpentry, plaster, painting, plumbing and electrical required to make a complete re-roofing package. 2) Asbestos/lead abatement during demolition work as identified in the specification drawings. The work is to be performed at the San Diego Job Corps Center in San Diego, California. The estimated cost range is $500,000 to $1,000,000. Plans and Specifications shall be available on or about June 5, 2000 from the Architect/Engineering firm of The Mele Architectural Group, 11766 Papagallo Court, San Diego, California 92124. It is emphasized that requests for Plans and Specifications should be directed ONLY to the A/E firm listed above to ensure proper handling of requests. Requests must be in writing. Plans and Specifications will be made available for pick-up at the A/E's office. Any addiitional shipping and/or handling charges must be pre-paid and COD requests will not be accepted. Requests will be answered on a first-come, first serve basis until the initial supplies are exhausted. For requests made after the supply is exhausted, the Contracting Officer may determine whether payment of a fee warranted. The fee shall not exceed the actual cost of duplication of the IFB documents plus shipping charge (if applicable) based on the individual request will be required in order to obtain the IFB documents. Pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 27, 2000, at 11:00 A.M. local time at the San Diego Job Corps Center.
