The USCG will require a vendor to provide all services and equipment to operate the entire video link system to provide live, high-quality overhead video pictures of a coastal oil spill exercise to be conducted by the USCG near Galveston Texas the week of September 11, 2000. The purpose is to allow Exercise Controllers to view offshore vessel maneuvers from a Control Center located less than 10 miles away near the shoreline. Period of Performance will be 11-15 September 2000.
