Procedures must be performed at the contractor's facility which must be located within a twenty-mile radius of the VA. Local presence is required in order to provide our patients timely and efficient radiation therapy services. Closing date for submission of written response is June 7, 2000. The procurement to be negotiated in accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8153 and prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
