DUGWAY RFI PROJECT FOR SACRAMENTO DISTRICT The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Environmental Synectics, Inc., who has the unique capability of providing electronic data validation and database management services using their proprietary software program and Internet accessible data management system, Remote Data Management System(RDMS). The firm has extensive experience with Sacramento District environmental data management requirements and submittals through prior experience on the first phase of the Dugway RFI project as well as numerous other projects for the Sacramento District. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
