The objective of this procurement is to 1) demonstrate the validity of the analytic elements of the Paint Map Optimizer (PMO) code as a potential aircraft camouflage design tool, and 2) to develop the necessary end-to-end scripting and graphical user interface (GUI) for the PMO code. This will provide a general use model to the DoD survivability community. Initial PMO code development was done under Contract DAAJ02-95-C-0035. Aerodyne Research, Inc., as the developer of the code elements which will form the foundation of the procurement, is deemed the only responsible source uniquely qualified to perform this program.
