Specific items and their corresponding estimated quantities are as follows: Flow Control Regulating Valves, NSN 4810-01-157-2583, P/N 3213722-5-1 or NSN 4810-01-004-5634, P/N 3213722-2-1 or NSN 4810-01-093-9141, P/N 3213722-3-1, Base Period Estimated annual quantity of 50 each; First Option Period -- Estimated annual quantity of 50 each; Second Option Period -- Estimated annual quantity of 50 each; Third Option Period -- Estimated annual quantity of 50 each; Fourth Option Period -- Estimated annual quantity of 50 each. This requirement will be satisfied using commercial acquisition procedures as described in FAR Part 12. This requirement is advertised as a small business set-aside; the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 3728 and the size standard is 1000 employees. The units will be overhauled and shipped to USCG Aircraft Repair & Supply Center, Elizabeth City, NC. The Coast Guard intends to negotiate and award one contract for these services. Overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with Air Force Technical Order 15A2-1-143, CH-26, latest revision. The Coast Guard does not own nor can it provide specifications, drawings or data for the rework of these items. Desired delivery is 30 days after receipt of material and the Fob point is destination. Offerors must possess a current FAA or OEM certification and provide a copy of the certification with the proposal. A Department of Defense certification may be submitted for review and approval by the Contracting Officer on a case by case basis.
