The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole-source basis to the Embassy Square (an all suites facility), 2000 N Street, NW, Washington, DC for hotel accommodations on the specific dates that follow: CLIN #1 _ 14 rooms for 12 nights (July 16-28); CLIN #2 -- 15 rooms for 5 nights (July 23 _ 28); CLIN #3 _ 23 rooms for 5 nights (August 6 _11); CLIN #4 _ 36 rooms for 5 nights (September 10 _ 15); and CLIN #5 _ 25 rooms for 5 nights (October 1 _ 5). All rooms, to the maximum extent possible, will be on the same floor. Mandatory Requirements _ a) hotel must comply with the Hotel/Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990, 15 U.S. C. 2201 (PL 101-391) and b) must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 12101 et. seq. (ADA). All hotel dates are firm unless changed by the OTS. This is not a solicitation nor will there be a solicitation document issued. All responsible sources who can fulfill the above requirements shall submit a written quote and other relevant information regarding their facility and accommodations, which must be compatible. Only written responses received at the above address within 5 calendar days of this notice will be considered. This award is being made under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Part 13 of FAR.
