The Western Regional Contracting Office (WRCO) intends to award a Time-and Materials Maintenance contract for the aforementioned equipment located at Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu, Hawaii. The Contractor shall provide all technical expertise, labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to maintain and repair the Fire Suppression equipment, and Edwards Fire Alarm System. Performance shall include, but is not necessarily limited to performance of emergency, urgent and routine work. All work shall be performed by Edwards Certified Technicians who meet the minimum experience requirements described in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contract will be for a base year plus four option years with an estimated start date of 1 Sep 2000. The solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under SIC Code 7382 with a size standard of $9M.
