Requires the service of a licensed dentist hygienist in the State of California to work on our site for a maximum of 8 hours per week, 48 weeks per year using our facilities, equipment and supplies. Must be a graduate from an accredited school of dental hygiene and have a valid dental hygiene license to practice in the State of California. Provide dental hygiene services for trainees ages 16 through 24. Must have liability and malpractice insurance. This site is a U.S. Department of Labor Jobs Corps Center operated under contract to the Management & Training Corporation, with a trainee population of 310. All services to be performed in accordance with Job Corp's policy & requirements Handbook (PRH), Chapter 6, and Technical Assistance Guide (TAG) #6. The dental hygienist will be a subcontractor to MTC. Submit bid as an hourly rate. MTC does not provide any form of benefit package.
