Special Requirements: All work shall conform to all applicable federal, state, and local codes, regulations, industry standards, and any manufacturer's recommendations where applicable. In addition, all electrical, mechanical and structural installations are to be done by qualified installers with a minimum of one (1) year experience in the applicable trades required for the completed installation of this project. The Contractor is to comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, USCG Environmental, ISC Security Branch regulations and requirements. In addition, Coast Guard Safety requirements must be met. Additional requirements will be included in the Statement of Work and drawings included with the bid package. All work is required to be installed for a complete and usable facility. A Site Visit will be held approximately two weeks before project quotes are due. Attendance is highly encouraged. Construction period is approximately 60 days. Davis Bacon Act applies. Location: U.S. Coast Guard Integrated Support Command, Kodiak, Alaska. Estimated price is $25,000 -- $100,000. Issue date of the bid package is on / about June 27, 2000.
