Contract (TOC), Provide all necessary plant, labor, equipment,
materials, supervision and expertise for various maintenance, repair
and construction Task Order Contracts at Selfridge ANG Base, Michigan.
This is a multi-disciplined, multi-award, indefinite delivery
indefinite quantity contracts for a period not to exceed 5 years. It is
anticipated that a maximum of five (5) multiple award contracts will be
made in the areas of general construction. Of the five possible
contracts, one of these will be set aside for an 8(a) contractor. The
remaining contracts will be awarded unrestricted. Standard Industrial
Classification Code is 1542, small business size $17 million annual
receipts. Individual Task Orders will be issued to TOC contractors
based on the low competitive price, or a combination of price and other
factors (best value judgments) in accordance with FAR 16.5. Task Orders
may be issued for a period of (5) calendar years from the date of
contract award. Individual task orders shall not exceed a cumulative
amount of $20 million to any one contractor and an individual task
orders will be a minimum of $2,000 and shall not exceed $2 million.
Source Selection procedures in accordance with FAR 15.3 shall be
utilized. Significant evaluation criteria for the Basic Contracts in
descending order of importance are (1) Project management ability with
an emphasis on key Management Staff, quality control plan, technical
support staff and financial capability; (2) Subcontracting support
capability, with an emphasis on subcontract management, identification
of key subcontractors, and purchasing system/level of subcontracting;
(3) Company experience (4) Past Performance and (5) Price. A scope of
work (project VGLZ972032) will be issued with the solicitation for
evaluation purposes and will be awarded to the contractor whose
proposal is most advantageous to the government. Interested parties may

accepted. Project VGLZ972032 provides for the furnishing of all plant,
labor, materials, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for
the alteration and repair of Civil Engineering Administration
Facility, Building 127 and the removal and proper disposal of all
demolished materials. Project VGLZ972032 is estimated between $500K and
$1 million. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall
be considered. This project is unrestricted. Tentative issue date of
