Award will be made to the lowest responsive responsible bidder (based on total amount for all base bid items -- one contract award only). The work encompasses the installation of a heating, ventilation and air conditioning system in a newly constructed collections (museum) storage facility The wood frame facility is approximately 1800 sq ft and will be used to store the park's archival and material collections. The system components will include but not be limited to: oil fired boiler, 5 ton condensing unit, "Dri-steem" humidifier, hot water storage tank, air handling unit and associated duct work and control panels. The 330 gallon oil storage tank will be in place. Completion time is 21 days. The estimated construction range of this project is between $23,000 and $100,000.
