versions. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically only.
Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://eps.gov. This
solicitation is a standing solicitation for Federal Supply Schedule
FSC Group 61, Part V, from which the Government contemplates award of
contracts for supplies listed in the Schedule of Items covering 35
Special Item Numbers (SIN's) one of which is Set-Aside for small
business. The scope includes worldwide delivery, contact points for
locations outside the domestic scope are mandatory in order to provide
those locations with local assistance. This solicitation will remain
in effect until it is replaced by a refreshed version or canceled.
Multiple Award Schedule solicitations are "standing" opportunities for
new offers. There is no closing date for receipt of offers; therefore,
offers may be submitted for consideration at any time during thelife of
this solicitation. The Federal Supply Schedule period is continuous,
and will contain contracts that commence on the date of award (DOA)and
expire five years (exclusive of any options) from DOA unless further
extended, pursuant to any Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, or
canceled sooner. Offers may be accepted for brands identical to those
currently awarded. All contracts will be indefinite delivery-indefinite
quantity contracts with a $100 guaranteed minimum for the contract
period. Acceptance of the Government Purchase Card is mandatory for
orders of $2,500 or less. All contracts to be awarded include
Industrial Funding provisions and requirements for reporting sales.
