The awardee would be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of the equipment, manning of the communications department, and performing limited maintenance of communications equipment and related systems. The competition will be on an unrestricted basis, and is for a base period of 12 months, with four 12-month option periods. The solicitation will be made available on Military Sealift Command's homepage. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web links frequently for update to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments(if any). The Government does not anticipate paper copies of these documents to be issued.
