The work to be completed is for the replacement of the existing Chiller HVAC system at Mt. Rushmore National Memorial located at Keystone, SD. Work will consist of designing, building and installing the new replacement chiller system, minimum size to be 100 tons. Work will also include removal of existing system, modifying piping and pumping system, providing electrical power to new system, and interfacing with existing energy management system. All proposals will be evaluated on Past Performance, Quality of Work, Design and Price. The price range for this project is $100,000 to $150,000.
