This includes constructing two exterior stair enclosures and remodeling the interior of the building. Interior remodeling consists of installing doors and partitions in two interior stairwells, new wall finishes, new doors, new fire exitways, new sprinkler system, new ceilings, and new flooring. Estimated cost range of this project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about July 21, 2000, and will be provided on Compact Disks (CD-ROMS). IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT THE NUMBER OF CD-ROMS WILL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1) PER FIRM. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed hard copy format.
