Solicitation R9Z-00-67-H is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. The intent of this solicitation and resulting contract is to procure a portable fishing pier to be delivered and erected at a designated location on Pete's Lake, T44n, R18W, Section 7, State of Michigan. Evaluation factors shall include; price, quality of the product offered, and past performance/ experience of quoter in this area of manufacturing. The following minimum specifications shall be met: Designed in accordance with ASCE Report No. 50, Small Craft Harbors, current addition, Overall Length- 117 feet, by 8 feet with "T" on end. T section shall be 36 feet by 8 feet. Designed for Wind, Current And wave action. Pier shall be flotation, constructed of Southern Pine #1 or better. Delivery date is August 18, 2000.
