Work consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, quality control and supervision necessary and required for the construction on new surface drainage to include side slopes, fencing, clearing grubbing, install retaining wall, soil sterilant treatment and animal barriers located at various launch facilities in the vicinity of Malmstrom AFB MT in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Request For Proposal will be issued on or about 19 July 00. Request For Proposal will close on or about 21 Aug 00. The resultant contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity requirements type contract with the basic and two (2) option years. Performance period is 365 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
