The oil containment system will be installed under the existing switchyard area and adjacent to the switchyard area. The work shall include excavating existing switchyard material and native soils and rocks and installing a concrete oil vault and an oil/water separator, and the associated piping system. The contractor will remove the existing gravel surfacing on the switchyard area and replace the gravel surfacing after installation of the oil containment system.
