Estimated cost range of this project: $500,000-$750,000. Time for Completion is 365 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. No document charge or deposit is required. Project involves modification and upgrade of existing Notifier Fire Alarm System with addressable technology and compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for the manual pull stations and horn/strobes. Contract will also include remote monitors, printer, panel power supplies and circuit in compliance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) code requirements. Contractor will be required to maintain the existing building fire alarm systems, install new components and circuits to modify and upgrade current system and provide fire alarm maintenance service. Contract will be performed in phases. Notifier Fire Alarm System is currently in place and will be expanded. Notifier Certification of supervising personnel will be required.
