Retrofit System must be compatible with Plan Meca 2002 X-Ray Model, must be able to record digital x-rays & panorex radiograph easily with high resolution in a stand alone system. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
