Jumper, Department of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, IN 56556, in accordance with AFFAR Sup 5313.106 as part of an on going research project funded by the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) . The proposed contract action is in direct support of a joint research program between US Air Force Academy Department of Aeronautics, University of Notre Dame and the Air Force Research Laboratory.
