locate possible sources for the subject requirement, as generally
described below. The USPS requires two (2) high speed, high volume
intelligent mail processing and insertion systems capable of separating
multi-page personalized forms. Both systems shall accept different
stock and envelope sizes; accumulate and process multi-page
applications using OMR code; be capable of changing folding
requirements; and produce management reports. In addition, it shall be
PC-driven, fully programmable, and compatible with Novell/Ethernet and
IBM PC environments. The contractor shall also install the equipment,
provide documentation, training, maintenance, and microcode. The USPS
intends to award a contract to the one offeror that meets the
requirements detailed in the upcoming solicitation. Reponses to this
