Provide all management, tools, equipment, labor and supervision necessary to perform Facility Maintenance services at the 6th Recruiting Brigade Headquarters, North Las Vegas, Nevada. Maintain the entire facility, including preventative maintenance for building systems, cleaning, lubricating, and adjustments for building systems, and maintain the interior and exterior, to include parking lots and grounds. This acquisition will be awarded under 100% small business set-aside procedures. The Standard Industry Classification (SIC) is 8744. The acquistion will be solicited in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items. Performance Price Tradeoff (PPT) procedures will be utilized.
