Kendrick, (540) 983-1048 The VA Medical Center, Salem, Virginia will issue o/a July 26, 2000 Solicitation No. IFB 658-49-00, X-Ray Room 4 Site Prep. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and qualified supervision to completely prepare X-Ray Room 4 for installation of new x-ray equipment. The x-ray equipment will be installed by others. Work includes concrete floor and gypsum wallboard demolition; installation of electrical floor and wall troughs; electrical work; removal and installation of 3 mm lead lead lining; plaster repair and painting of three (3) rooms. Work shall be completed within forty-five calendar days of receipt of Notice to Proceed. The cost estimate for this project is less than $25,000. This procurement is unrestricted. SIC Code 1542 applies with a small business size standard of $27.5 million in gross annual receipts.
