This acquisition is for Engineering, Data, and Supplemental Group "A" kits required to integrate one or more of the following Block 30* modifications and other modifications required to support the aircraft special missions, on up to 20 ea C/KC-135 Special Purpose Aircraft. The modifications being integrated in this effort are: Navigation and Safety Modification*, TCTO 1C-135-1507; Pacer CRAG Modification*, TCTO 1C-135-1433D; Reduced Vertical Separation Minima*, TCTO 1C-135-1510; Battery Modification*, TCTO 1C-135-1418; Interphone Modernization Program, TCTO 1C-135-1511; Altitude Alerter Modification*, TCTO 1C-135-1509; Automatic Communications Processor Modification, TCTO 1C-135-1436; ARC-210 -- 8.33 kHz Radio Modification, TCTO 1C-135-1530; Circuit Breaker Modification, TCTO 1C-135(K)E-509; Transformer Rectifier Modification, TCTO 1C-135(K)E-510. The requirement includes but is not limited to the following: Engineering -- integration engineering, shipside engineering, software development/documentation, and engineering support for installation teams; Data -- depot level time compliance Technical Orders (TCTO), test plans, analysis, reports and technical order updates; Supplemental Group "A" Kits -- (est qty, 20 ea) required to adapt the baseline mod kits to the various Special Purpose aircraft.
