The solicitation number is F3461200T0058 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business and is under Standard Industrial Classification code 2542, with a small business size standard of 500. Requirement is for 2 powered rotary file retrievers, quantity 1 each. Suggested Brand is Kardex Lektreiver automated storage and retrieval file system. Item must meet or exceed all functions and specifications of a Kardex Lektreiver 8 foot legal tray unit with 1,001 filing inches, and a Kardex Lektreiver 8 foot letter tray unit with 1,600 filing inches, both with 11 inch pitch. The color for the Legal tray unit must be Slate Blue/Erin, and for the Letter tray unit, the color must be Rimfire Roan/Windsor Mahogany. If quoting on an equal, must provide manufacturer and part number and other requirements prescribed in FAR Clause 52.211-6.
