This project includes: 1. Move electrical service conduits and storm drain basin & piping, 2. Install temporary holding tanks, pumps and piping, 3. Demolish existing oil water separator(ows) and piping, 4. Install new sheet piling, concrete retaining walls and concrete floor, 5. Install new oil water separator(ows), tanks, valves and piping, paint same as required, 6. Install new electric service and control wiring. All work is at Otis Air National Guard Base, Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Performance period is 175 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The Prime contractor will be required to perform at least 25% of all work. Estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This project is being issued as unrestricted to all contractors qualified to perform under SIC Code 1623 "water, sewer, and pipelines".
