Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and supervision as required to clear and grub security fence line at AJCC, Site "R", Adams County, PA. Contractor shall clear cut approximately 15 feet area within the fence, cut stumps flush with the ground, chip all tree tops and brush, remove all wood from government property. Contractor shall remove all vines and vegetation from fence. There is approximately four miles of fence line. Contractor personnel shall have or be able to obtain at least a NAC Security Clearance before work begins. NOTE: MANDATORY ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THE SITE VISIT. Period of performance under any resultant contract award will be one (1) year. Solicitation DAMD17-00-B-0005 will be issued on or about 31 July 2000 and open on or about 31 August 2000.
