Provide materials, equipment, labor, and transportation required to replace a 70 foot tall tower at Apra Outer Harbor rear range located in Apra Guam. Work inolves clearing and grubbing new tower site, excavation and compation, cast-in-place reinforced concrete foundation, stainless steel 3-sided truss tower fabrication and erection, demolition & removal of existing tower (galvanized steel members coated with lead base paint), and a georgraphical survey. All work shall be completed, with property ready for use, and all documentation submitted within 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is issued under and the resulting contract awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656). The construction range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Only faxed or written requests for bid packages are acceptable. Telephone requests will not be honored.
