Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to install items per specifications in solicitation. Work is in an existing metal building. Walls, roof panels, standard metal building insulation, exterior doors and windows, plumbing stub-ups and concrete floor are in place. Work is located in Miles City, Montana. Three Schedules will be considered and one or any combination of the three will be awarded. Schedule A: Furnish and install R25 roof/ceiling insulation in Buildings A&B with a steel banded installation system. Furnish and install floor to ceiling fire wall for mechanical room in Building A, furnish and install floor to ceiling fire wall separating Bulding A & Building B. Schedule B: Furnish and install heating and air conditioning duct work, duct insulation, volume dampers, ducting supports. Furnish and install communications raceway and raceway supports. Furnish and install underground communications conduit, from Main Administrative Builidng to Fire Operations Building. Furnishand install roof mounted relief vent outlets and back flow preventors for EF-1, EF-2 and EF-3. Schedule C: Furnish and install heating units, air condition units, gas lines, thermostats, vent piping system. Contractor will have 90 days to complete this project after the notice to proced is issued. Solcitation is a Request for Quotations and will be awarded on a purchase order mid to late September 2000. Awards over $25,000 will require payment protection in the form of 1) Irrevocable Letter of Credit 2) Certificate of Deposit 3) Payment Bond.
